After getting price from various companies I chose to use Tow mate. The dispatch operator was very helpful while setting up tow. Received updates and a follow call from drive regarding arrival time. Called them late on a Sunday night. They gave me an accurate estimate of time (about an hour), arrived on time, got the job done well, and were courteous throughout. The dispatcher was very nice to me, the driver Logan was very helpful and got us out of a pinch with a blown tire. The price was very fair and less than I was expecting to have to pay. Would absolutely call them again if I needed a tow truck. ~ Doug E
I called 4 different places and this company worked with me and it was less than $200 to hook up and tow 15 miles. The other places I was quoted between $240-$250. They were there in about an hour and had it back to the house quickly. The driver was very friendly, professional, and it was a good feeling to know I didn’t have to worry about anything.
